Install the B-pillar bracket hook with bolt then secure it to 9 Nm (80 lb-in), before tightening the roof bracket bolt and the two rear bolts equally to 9 Nm (80 lb-in). Start by installing the C-pillar safety canopy module bolt and afterward proceed to install the rear tether cord anchor bracket and its bolt on the D-pillar using 9 Nm (80 lb-in) torque values before attaching all three rear tether cord routing clip pin-type retainers. To install the rear tether cord anchor for Expedition/Navigator vehicles use bolts to secure it at the D-pillar and tighten it to 9 Nm (80 lb-in). Then attach the pin-type retainer to the rear tether cord routing clip. The process concludes with front bolts installation followed by 9 Nm (80 lb-in) tightening then front tether cord pin-type retaining components and subsequent installation of the front tether cord bracket and front tether cord bolt secured at 6 Nm (53 lb-in). Reconnect the moon roof rear drain hose (optional) before installing the headliner then connect the safety canopy module electrical connector and repower the SRS system.
