How to service the front door window regulator motor on Lincoln Navigator?

In order to have a chance of servicing the front door window regulator motor, open the window, strip the trim piece and speaker, and lay the watershield aside. Make three holes at the dimples to reach the motor bolts. Unscrew the electrical connector, lock the regulator arms and take off the motor. Installation is in reverse.
