Is it possible to make changes to my order?
You may only reduce the quantity of parts or remove part numbers from an existing order.
Changes such as updating the shipping address, altering contact information, adding new parts, or increasing quantities are not allowed once the order is submitted.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once the order status shows "Packaging" or "Shipped", it is no longer eligible for a cancellation.
Can you reactivate a voided or canceled order?
Unfortunately no. We do not keep any payment data to ensure that your privacy is not compromised. Therefore, an order that has been canceled and voided cannot be reinstated. In case you still need to buy the parts, you have to make a new order online.
What happens to my order in case it has a backordered part?
In the case of a backordered part in your order, we will notify you via email. At that point, you have the option to wait until the part(s) are available to ship, or only proceed with the rest of your order.
When a part is ordered backordered with no ETA, it will automatically be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for the part.
Why did I receive a notice that the part I ordered is discontinued?
Certain parts are discontinued by the manufacturer. If your order includes a discontinued part that we cannot source through our dealership network, we will notify you by email. That part will be removed from your order, and the rest of the order will continue to process. You will not be charged for any discontinued parts that are removed.
Is it possible to combine two orders to reduce shipping costs?
After an order has been submitted, it cannot be combined with another. To adjust, you may cancel your existing order and place a new one containing the parts you need.
Why has my order been shipped in a number of packages rather than being packed in a single box?
We would always strive to reduce the number of shipments. Nevertheless, products can be segregated in order to minimize the possibility of damage in transit. Moreover, shipments of parts can be made in more than one box, depending on their weight or size, which prevents additional shipping expenses.
What steps should I follow to add a guest order to my account?
You can link a guest order to your account by completing the steps below:
