  • How can I check the status of my RMA?

    RMA requests are reviewed and responded within 1–2 business days. You may also check the status of your RMA through the Track Order page.
  • The tracking information indicates that my package was received by FordPartsDeal.com, but I have not been refunded. What should I do?

    Processing returns usually takes up to 5 business days, yet can be delayed. If the carrier updates the package as delivered, please email, call, or use our live chat to provide us with your tracking and order number so we can get an updated status.
  • What happens next in case the part returned does not comply with the return policy?

    In case the returned part does not qualify as a refund, we will notify the customer via email. The returned part could be sent back to the customer at their own expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the part back to us, in the same condition in which it was shipped (ex. in original package, indefeasible, in resalable condition, etc.).
  • When will my refund be issued after sending back the parts with the RMA?

    A refund is normally issued within 5 business days upon the receipt of the return, but in other instances, it can take longer. The parts should be in the following condition to be qualified:

    1. Original packaging/box is included.
    2. Packaging is undamaged.
    3. Label/barcode of the manufacturer is intact.
    4. Parts are idle and resaleable.

    The refunds will be issued to the account of your initial payment. If no refund is received within the next 2 weeks, please contact us.
  • When should I expect my refund to post to my account?

    Refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days after being issued. If you don't see the credit after that time, please contact your financial institution for assistance.
