Why must my shipping address be listed with my credit card company?
This policy is in place to protect you from identity theft and fraudulent activity.
When the shipping address is different from the billing address, it must be registered with your credit/debit card as an "alternate shipping address." Only the cardholder is allowed to add this information. Without this safeguard, anyone with access to a card number could place an order and have it shipped anywhere.
Why has my credit/debit card been declined, and how do I submit my order again?
The refusal may take place in case of entering the card number, expiration date, or CVV2 code erroneously. In case the information as you stated is correct, the decline can be because of the fact that your bank/credit card company did not authorize the charge. You need to make a purchase and follow the following steps:
Step 1: Re-enter card details or use a different payment option. The system will demand real time authorization.
Step 2: In the event that a second decline of the card occurs, call your issuer of the card immediately. Informed them that you tried to make an online purchase with us and inquired why the transaction was not made.
Once you have been authorized by your bank or card issuer, repeat Step 1 to make your order successfully.
What does an authorization hold mean?
Authorization holds are placed by your financial institution to confirm that your payment method can be processed. These holds are not charges, but they may temporarily impact your available balance. The actual charge to your account occurs when your order has been invoiced and shipped out.
What does "Failed to Charge" mean, and why do I need to submit payment again?
"Failed to Charge" indicates that the funds could not be collected because the initial authorization has expired. You will be contacted by email with instructions to reinstate the authorization and re-enter your payment information.
Note: This does not result in a duplicate charge. The email is only to reinstate the authorization as no funds were captured initially.
