How do I submit a request for a return or refund?
To request for a return/refund, please submit an RMA ticket on our Contact Us page. After your request is submitted, our team will review it and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
Is an RMA required to send back products to FordPartsDeal.com?
Yes, an RMA is required for all returns. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Once approval is granted, we must receive the returned items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The package must be postmarked at least two days before the 30th day. RMA numbers are non-extendable and cannot be reissued. Be sure to place the RMA form inside the package along with the returning items. If parts are returned without an RMA, customers may be given the option to ship back the items at their own cost.
Where should I return my order to?
Once your RMA is approved, an RMA form will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours. The return address, as well as the return instructions, will be on the RMA form.
