Where does my order come from?
Your order will be shipped from selected authorized dealerships within the U.S. to help us ensure that your order will arrive on time.
What carriers are used for shipping, and what does "Best Standard Delivery" mean?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
If you select "Best Standard Delivery", your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, depending on which service ensures the fastest delivery to your location.
"Overnight" shipping is available for eligible items at checkout. Once shipped from our authorized Ford dealers, most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
Does "Overnight" shipping ensure same-day shipment?
"Overnight" shipping only applies to the transit time once the order has been processed. Processing may take 1–3 business days if parts need to be obtained from the manufacturer. Please be aware that expedited shipping options do not shorten the processing time.
What carreir do you use for P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?
Shipments to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are available via USPS only. Please keep in mind that APO/FPO deliveries may experience longer transit times. Expedited services and shipments of oversized items are not eligible for these destinations.
Can I request shipment using my personal or company shipping account?
Unfortunately, we do not support third-party shipping accounts at this time.
My package is already in transit, can I request USPS, UPS, or FedEx to hold it?
Yes, you may request the carrier to hold your shipment. Please contact the appropriate local USPS, UPS, or FedEx customer center directly for assistance:
UPS: 1-800-742-5877
FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
USPS: 1-800-275-8777
May I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect shipments that have been shipped. The policy assists in avoiding fraudulence. Your order will be delivered to the same address that you have given during the purchase. In some cases, the delivery can be kept in a local UPS Customer Center, FedEx location or the U.S. Post Office to be picked. To be helped, please contact the respective carrier.
Why do you charge me a Hazardous Materials fee on such parts as airbags or seat belts?
Some of the automotive parts, including airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners, are classified under Hazardous Materials because of their safety and handling issues. These products have to be transported according to the Federal HazMat regulations, which involve additional documentation and shipping. HazMat parts will only be shipped using FedEx Ground and UPS Ground and can not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or to any other destination outside of the U.S.
