  • What is the standard return policy for parts and accessories?

    Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving an order to qualify for an RMA. Issues such as damaged, missing, or lost items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.   • Are all parts and accessories eligible for return?

    Certain items are non-returnable, including controlled parts, oils and chemicals, bare engines, tools, printed materials, merchandising aids, hazardous materials, special orders, and all electrical parts. Controlled parts refer to items that manufacturers must monitor by recording the specific vehicles where those parts are used, such as emission labels, airbags, seatbelts.   • What should I do if I think an item is defective?

    To file a warranty or defective part claim, please submit an RMA request through the "Contact Us" page.
  • What should I do if my package includes damaged, wrong, or incomplete parts?

    Please submit an RMA request through the "Contact Us" page within 5 business days of receiving your delivery to report any issues.
  • Can I get a refund if a part is defective?

    Defective parts are covered under replacement only. Warranty claims cannot be refunded. We will reorder the item and ship a replacement as soon as part is available.
  • How do I report a lost shipment?

    Please report any undelivered or lost packages within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Can I receive store credit for returned items?

    Unfortunately, we do not issue store credits. Returns are processed either as refunds or replacements.
  • Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

    A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned parts. Special exceptions are considered on a case by case basis. The restocking fee helps cover costs such as processing and return shipping to the manufacturer.
  • Can I exchange a part or accessory?

    We do not offer exchanges. All returns are handled solely as refunds or replacements.
