  • Where can I see my order status?

    You can view your order status or reply to our messages through Track Order or by logging into your account. We will also send email notifications for any updates or problems with your order.
  • What should I do if I am not getting your emails?

    Sometimes our emails are sent to spam or junk folders. Please review those folders if nothing appears in your inbox.

    You may also log into your account or use Track Order to read and respond to messages.

  • My order status says it was canceled. What caused this?

    If your order cannot be completed, we notify you by email. Cancellations may happen for a variety of reasons. These may involve a rejected credit card, an address we could not confirm, items that have been discontinued, or no reply to our follow-up email within the required period.
  • How long does it usually take for my order to be processed and shipped?

    Orders are typically processed within the next 1 to 3 business days from the order date. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you by email. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the invoice and a tracking number for you to track the shipment. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
