How to service the cooling fan shroud on 2008 Ford Expedition?

In order to service the cooling fan shroud, put the vehicle in neutral on a hoist, disconnect the battery, and empty out the cooling system. Deassemble different parts, such as air deflector and hoses. Disassemble electric connector and retainers, then disassemble the cooling fan shroud. Re-Installation is done in reverse order.
