How to service the A/C Hose from the condenser to the receiver drier on Ford Escape?

To service the condenser to receiver drier line, recapture the refrigerant, disassembly of the DC/DC convert and front bumper cover, disconnection of fittings, O-rings and seals discarding. Install new seals, tighten to desired torque and lubricate with clean PAG oil. Lastly, evacuate, leak test and charge the system.

How to service and repair the A/C Hose on Ford Escape?

In order to fix the HVAC hose, remove the A/C pressure cut-off switch and evaporator core orifice. Disassemble the condenser to evaporator line, stuffing up all ports. Take the front bumper cover and the line off of the A/C condenser. To install, repeat the procedure in reverse and lubricate O rings seals with compatible oil.
