How to service the oil cooler on Ford Escape?

To service the oil cooler, drain engine coolant and oil and remove oil filter and oil cooler. Install a new oil cooler and re-fit the coolant hoses. Lastly, pour in clean engine oil in the crank case, in reverse order.

How to service the oil cooler on Ford E-150?

Hoist vehicle in neutral. Dump coolant and oil, disconnect cooler hoses and dispose oil filter. In case it has metal, dispose of threaded insert and cooler. Install cooler (align tab/notch), torque insert 58 Nm, filter 16 Nm, drain plug 23 Nm. Reconnect hoses, oil refill, coolant bleed.
