In order to maintain the power steering cooler, lift and stabilize the car, and remove the power steering hoses. Unscrew the bolt and routing bracket then the bolts securing the cooler. To install, repeat the steps in reverse and be sure to fill and check power steering system leaks.

In order to service the power steering cooler, lower the vehicle on a hoist in neutral. Unscrew the securing nuts of the cooler, dis-hose, and take out the cooler. Invert the installation process with caution to fill the system and avoid contaminants to avoid component failure.
