The removal process begins by dismounting
Clutch Disc jointly with
Pressure Plate. You should use the Flywheel Locking Tool to take out the six bolts which secure the flywheel. The new flywheel installation process requires knowledge that balancing is unnecessary and balance weights need to remain off the flywheel. Standard bolts are not appropriate for flywheel installation so special installation bolts are required. Before installation check the
Pilot Bearing then replace it with fresh unit if needed. Follow the designated sequence of bolt installation when using the Flywheel Locking Tool to position the flywheel. Start by applying torque to 50 Nm then 80 Nm before ending with 112 Nm for each bolt. Then you can mount the clutch disc followed by the pressure plate.
