How to Service and Repair a Radiator on Lincoln Navigator?

To service the radiator, position the vehicle in neutral on a hoist. Remove headlamp assemblies, cooling fan shroud, and radiator bolts (tighten to 15 Nm). Remove the coolant expansion tank, horn assembly (tighten to 10 Nm), and air deflector retainers. Disconnect hoses, detach the condenser, and remove the radiator. Reverse for installation.
