How to service the outer tie rod end on Ford E-150?

Hoist vehicle in neutral. Clamp cotter pin, tighten to next slot--do not loosen. Take/cut out cotter pin, retainer, nut. Use ball joint separator. Count turns. Unscrew sleeve clamp; take off end. Re-Install: 90 Nm nut, 55 Nm clamp; position in 45 degree arrangement (threads oriented forward, clamp aperture down). Install new cotter pin; install toe.

In order to fix the outer tie rod end, elevate the car and take off the wheel. Loose the tie rod end off the knuckle with a separator, identify alignment points and take away the tie rod end. Fit up the new tie rod end, tighten the nut and relocate the wheel, making sure it is correctly in position.
