Depower the SRS. Installation of the ignition lock cylinder: Use a key to install the ignition lock cylinder and set to RUN position and press the release tab with a punch and pull out. Take off tilt lever, 3 column screws, upper/lower covers. Take out 2 multi-function switch screws (torque 3 Nm/27 in-lb), disconnect connectors, take out switch. Install SRS backward and re-power.
