How to service and repair the power steering hose to fluid cooler return on Mercury Mariner?

In order to repair the steering gear to fluid cooler return hose, drain power steering fluid, disassemble the hose and strip off bracket and clamp plate bolts, screwing them to a specified torque after replacement. Install a new O-ring seal, and repeat the steps and fill in the power steering system.

How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Hose on Mercury Villager?

To fix power steering line and hose, undo the intermediate hose and take away clamps. Next, unplug pressure and turnoff hose and clamps. Removal of the cooler line bracket bolts and the intermediate cooler lines follows. To install, undo the steps and refuel the power steering system.
