How to service the radiator on a 2.5L engine on Mercury Mariner?

In order to service the radiator of the engine with a liter capacity of 2.5L, place the vehicle into neutral on a hoist. Disassemble the cooling fan motor, shroud and hoses. Disassemble the A/C condenser, ensuring that the bolts are tightened to 8 Nm during re-installation. Lastly, unscrew the radiator and insert the same in the reverse order.

How to service the radiator on Mercury Grand Marquis?

Lift and prop the car and dry out the cooling system. Eliminate the shroud, motor and fan blade. Take off radiator sight shield release hold-downs and then disconnect upper and lower hoses. Eliminate support bolts and re-arrange A/C condenser and transmission cooler. Take off the radiator; insert the new one in reverse.
