To service the A/C expansion valve, recover the refrigerant, remove the PCM and its bracket, and take out the fitting bolt, discarding old O-rings. Tighten new bolts to 8 Nm. Reinstall with new O-rings, lubricate with clean PAG oil, and then evacuate, leak test, and charge the system.
