To service the intake air duct, first disconnect the crankcase vent tube from the air cleaner outlet pipe. Then, loosen the two clamps and take off the outlet pipe. When installing the new pipe, tighten it to 3 Nm (27 lb-in) and reverse the removal steps to finish the installation.

How to service the passenger side air duct on Ford Ranger?

To access the passenger side air duct, first remove the right-hand instrument panel register and the passenger side airbag module. Then, unscrew the two screws holding the right-hand instrument panel register duct and take it out. To install, simply reverse the removal steps.
