Unright three bolts securing the speed control actuator bracket from the speed control actuator then retighten them to 9 Nm (80 lb-in) during reassembly. Before finishing the installation step you must ensure the rubber seal fully engages onto the speed control cable cap after returning to the normal direction of installation.
